2. Sales & Rentals

All sales and rentals are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided online are estimates and do not constitute a binding contract until a formal lease or sales agreement is signed.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and prepared according to our guidelines.

4. Return Policy

Sales: All container sales are final unless the unit does not match the condition description upon arrival. Refusal of delivery for valid reasons is permitted.
Rentals: Rentals may be returned at any time with proper notice, subject to pickup fees and minimum rental period terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Steel Container Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
